our stay at microtel was pretty great. the beds were incredibly comfy, and the bathroom was spotless. the staff at the front desk really stood out, showing genuine hospitality and making us feel welcomed. plus, we loved taking a quick swim in the outdoor pool. it's a lovely location close to the north carolina mountains!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, especially enjoying the clean and cozy Queen room that fit our family perfectly. The complimentary snacks and beverages during check-in were a delightful surprise! The kids were excited to visit Great Smoky Mountains National Park nearby, making our trip even more memorable.

My kids wished the hotel had a larger pool for more fun splashing around. A family-friendly game area could also keep them entertained during downtime.

The lobby was clean and orderly and it smells like fresh paint and new carpet which I appreciated after a long day. The bed was comfortable and the three pillows on the king bed were very plump not too firm or too soft which is crucial after a stressful day of work.
